HIV
& AIDS Workplace Programmes Using the results obtained
from the impact analysis as a baseline, our Workplace Programmes provide a comprehensive,
organisation-specific strategy for risk reduction, prevention, education and
training, and are designed to:
- Integrate HIV/AIDS issues into every facet of organisational life from induction
through training, performance management to termination
- Reduce
the risk profile and Implement measures to maintain and/or reduce the direct and
indirect costs related to HIV/AIDS, including:
- Overcome resistance and fear, and develop a culture of voluntary testing and
disclosure without fear of discrimination or job loss, and
- Build mechanisms to monitor and evaluate the return on investment, and enable
response systems to be adjusted accordingly
